Details: I am trying to sell my 94 Buick Regal Gran Sport, it´s a V6 3.8L with 160,600 miles. For the last 3 years I´ve used this car to get around town and it´s perfect for that.It has a few problems, mainly cosmetic or irrelevant, they could easily be fixed for a couple hundred dollars. The base of the car is solid though, I have documentation of all major recent repairs - the last was replacing all of the ignition coils and the circuit board they are on. I´ve kept up with oil changes and routine maintenance and aside from when the coils were going out I´ve never had any problems with it. Basically as long as you´re not trying to impress anyone with your car it´s perfectly fine.Problems:First off, cosmetically the car isn´t great. Someone smashed off my right rearview mirror, I didn´t bother to fix it and so it´s taped on (without the mirror). Also, one day I went out a bought a replacement motorcycle battery, the original battery fell over and leaked acid on the passenger side floor. The acid ate through the carpet but stopped at the base of the carpet. I´ve since washed it out and it´s in no way harmful or toxic, there just isn´t much carpet on the passenger side (easily fixable with a car mat). The right blinker has stopped working - this has happened before and it´s an easy repair - the lights and everything still work (you just have to manually use the blinker) - Jiffy Lube fixed it for me for free last time. Finally, the horn doesn´t work (also a simple repair), and it occasionally leaks oil - not enough to hinder the frequency of oil changes, but enough that when you get a new oil change there is sometimes smoke that comes out of the hood. It´s cheap for a reason, but I assure you the car still has a ways to go with or even without some TLC.It does have leather seats, power windows and locks, and a surprisingly good stock sound system.
