Details: I have a 1996 Buick Roadmaster for sale. Has approx 156000 miles on it. Engine and transmission are still strong, no problems. Tires have about 30000 miles left on them. Interior is in good shape. Carpets need cleaning though. I am selling the car exactly how I bought it. There are some issues. Passengers window won´t go down, seats will not adjust, trunk latch motor is not working, the trunk will latch just doesn´t close all the way. There may also be a problem with the left front spring. Details: I have here for sale/trade a 1994 Buick Lesabre. Mechanically the car is sound, one might say AMAZING, no pings, no knocks. The belts have no squeals at all, everything under the hood is fantastic! The car has 281,000 miles but to hear it run and to drive it you would think it had much less. It changes gears just as smooth as a new car. When going down a rough road there are no squeaks and no clunks. It was inspected in December and passed with flying colors. The outside of the car has seen it´s better days however, it was rammed by a wayward deer a few years ago. I replaced the headlight assembly and the fender, (driver´s side). Not six months later a Honda Civic took care of the passenger side headlight assembly and fender. I replaced that also, it wasn´t a good year for this car!With the poor paint jobs coming out of Detroit the paint has deteriorated badly, it almost looks like wide racing stripes down the hood and roof. The car does have one small oddity to it right now and I will discuss this with the people that call or E-mail me and only those who are ´truly´ interested in the car, not to worry it ain´t no big thang, it won´t keep it from operating and is definitely not a safety issue. I have much love for this car, it has taken me and my family as far south as Hilton Head S.C., west to the Blue ridge, several times, as far east as land mass will allow in Virginia, wait, maybe I did drive it to Delaware, the eastern shore, but sadly no further north than Woodbridge, I really don´t like to drive up any farther than that. I would not hesitate to hop in it and drive it to Florida tomorrow, and that´s no bull. I will tell prospective purchasers anything about the car they want to know, I have owned this car since 2003 with 168,000 miles. I am looking for (preferably) a trade for a small manual transmission truck, 2 or 4 wheel drive or a 4-wheeler 250 or larger, utility or sport, 2/4 stroke doesn´t matter to me. I would put the value of this car at $1,000 - $1,200. I may be willing to sweeten the trade deal with some cash. (Depending on the deal). I have the title in hand and would prefer the same with a trade. The most rare Grand National model of all years made- 1 of 2,000 made in 1984, and only 1 of 425 with T-tops. 132000 miles, however the engine was rebuilt by Anderson Performance Racing 5,000 miles ago. Modifications include porting of cylinders, mild turbo friendly camshaft, Kenne Bell headers and Kenne Bell catback system, B&M shift kit. This car was loaded with every possible feature from Buick- T-tops, digital dash, Lear Siegler leather and cloth seats. New battery and tires in the past year. It does need some exterior loving- will need new paint and trim pieces. Interior needs some trim pieces, but as a whole- dash is intact, seats have some worn spots, and carpet could use a cleaning, but not too bad for a car that is now almost 30 years old. I am the second owner, and have owned it since 1991, so I can answer any questions about her. Sad to let her go, but I have too many other toys and she isn´t getting the attention she deserves. 5,000 OBO. I can take additional pictures if you would like. Spare me the Paypal scams...not going to happen unless you come look at the car and leave a cash deposit first.
