Details: 4 new Michelin tires, 2nd owner, non-smoker, leather, remote starter, power seat, 101k miles, CD player, all weather floor mats, excellent maintence record, great fuel mileage and a very comfortable ride. The wheels and tires were recently balanced, rotated and aligned. New brake pads installed roughly 15k miles ago. I purchased the car around 01/2010 with roughly 21k miles on it. Until recently I worked in Williamston (east of Lansing) 5 days a week so most of the mileage on this car is highway related. I averaged 27.4 miles per gallon during the summer and 25.9-26.4 during the winter. I made a habit of letting the car warm up 1-2 minutes prior to driving away, regardless if it was winter or summer. I believe letting the car warm up prior to driving is a big reason why the engine is in great shape and doesn´t use any oil and the transmission is still running smooth. Maybe the warmup theory is a myth, but I still do it anyways. Nothing irritates me more then driving to look at a car and then being surprised at the condition of the car, so I have included everything, good and bad. Machincally the car is in excellent condition, but there are a few cosmetic flaws. There is a 2-3 inch split in the driver´s arm rest. I have already purchased the repair kit for this, but I haven´t had a chance to fix it yet, so I will include the kit in the sale of the car. Two stone pecks in the windshield., but they haven´t split, so i´m sure they can be filled instead of replacing the entire windshield. There is also some paint chipping on the front bumper. Details: I have a 1994 Buick Regal Custom for sale. It has 74,000 original miles on it. Stock everything except the radio and subs. All matnince has been done at sparta chevy. Barely any rust but its 17 years old so there is going to be some. Runs and drives flawlessly and gets 19+ mpg. It has the 3800 motor. I just had the front brakes replaced and the transmission fluid flushed. Just over a year ago I bought two new tires. One of the dealer´s comments was how good the tires look. Details: After having owned our 2003 Buick LeSabre for around 6 years we have found ourselves in the lucky position to invest in a newer car. My mother in law owned this for the 5 years or so before us. Frankly since we were family we got this car for a price we could not refuse and even though it was not my dream car (I´m from Europe and was biased against American cars as being gas guzzlers) it turned out to be a great family car for us. Every time the in-laws see it they comment on how it has more space then the newer Buicks they moved on to. And when it comes to the gas mileage this car really surprised me. For as big as it is, it got me around 35 mpg on longer trips we would take to Ohio where most of my wife´s family lives. It has a great on-board computer that will tell you your average gas mileage and the instant one, so you can really develop a pattern of driving that gets the most miles out of a gallon. Fun stuff!Ok, the hard facts: 147K miles, always received oil changes. In the last year we had all the brakes renewed, shocks in the back replaced and this past week I brought it in to the garage for them to check it out before we´d offer it up for sale. They recommended a tune-up so we went with that and I have the $564 invoice here so you can see it just had a full tune up. The car has Michelin tires on them that still very good and about 2 year ago I had U-Haul installed a hitch on it so we could put our hitch mounted bike rack on there as well. Very handy in case you have bikes as well or need to haul something on occasion. The hitch part comes off so it is not sticking out all the time.Anyways, it is ready to make a good family car for someone else. Feel free to drop by this weekend. When the previous owner owned it the crank went bad, so i bought it with the intention of fixing it. so i put a new crank in it, replaced the rod bearings, and turned it over by hand and it only turns so far, not sure what is wrong. I am asking $700 for it. im tired of lookin at it my dad jus went back to work so he really dont have time to help me with it so i decided to sell it when my dad does have free time we will try to continue workin on it. so it maybe done when u call. price will double when done if we get the time to finsh it. these car are worth 1500 to 2000 when done.
