Details: For Sale is a 1992 Buick Roadmaster Sedan, a rare white on blue color combo. I bought this car completely stock, with 170,000 miles on it. It was registered to an elderly lady that used it to go to the casino´s in Atlantic City, NJ ( I had the all the match packs, napkins from casinos, and even medical records of the owner to prove this) The vehicle got bagged the first week that I bought it back in August 2009. I wanted to keep it stock appearing, and tastefully modded, done correctly. Once it was bagged, this vehicle became my daily driver, rain, sleet, snow, and sun. I have driven the roadmaster to Morristown, TN (10 hour round trip) for a weekend, Pocono PA, and the Delaware beaches regularly. Buick currently has 205,XXX miles on the 5.7L V8 350ci non vortec engine, which runs smooth, still has many miles left in it. I can get 21MPG around town, and have gotten 27MPG on hwy. Transmission is a non computer controlled 700R4 with overdrive. Drivetrain is completely stock, turn key, runs drives got me from point A to point B everyday. Paint shows wear of a 20year old car, but still cleans up very nice, however it is not perfect. There is a few small door dings, as well as minor scratches in the paint, nothing serious that can be picked out from 3 feet away. Interior in this car is CLEAN! Dark blue leather seats, that wrap around you like a La Z Boy recliner, they just don´t make em like they used to. No rips in the leather, carpet is dark blue as well with a few minor stains, but interior has been meticulously cleaned and maintained.Car rides just like a Cadillac (and it gets mistaken for one regularly). Car was airbagged by Luke formerly of Penny Hill Customs, no corners were cut. I knew it was going to be my daily, and built it to last. Car currently has Slam Specialties SS7 bags up front, and Slam´r SS7´s in the rear ( generic AIM Industries version) for the right price I will include 2 additional Slam´r 7´s never even installed. Rear bags have less than 200 miles on them. Spring pockets were removed, but enough is left if you wanted to replace it back to coil springs. Air management is supplied by two Viair 480´s wired up to the Viair´s 220 PSI switch, that fill into a 12 Gallon tank all of which is mounted on the upper shelf the the very back on the truck, optimizing space.. Each corner has its own port off the tank, as well as the KP Components 220 PSI air gauge (only pressure gauge) mounted under the ash tray. All eight valves are SMC, fill´s are ½´, dumps are ¼´ and all connections are brass quick releases, no plastic connectors. Full ½´and ¼´ lines for the appropriate valve. At 220 PSI ½´ fill valve has the car HOPPING 5-6´ OFF THE GROUND. CCE Hydraulic Brick Switch Box. 10 Switches, F/B/S/S/ each corner/pancake. Wires extended long enough to be outside the car hitting switches.Roadmaster does have a Farenheight 7´ double din touch screen TV in the dash, motorized flip down to CD port, USB card option, USB cable ran under the dash for i-pod or accessory hookup. Wires are ran for a subwoofer, however one not included.Only other aftermarket electronic is the HID headlight, 55W 6,000Kelvin super whites. They are the brightest lights on the block, in the daytime, and light up the woods at night. Recently the Buick has new tires (6,000 miles) on 215/75/15 wide white walls. Not chopped or cupped, ride great. Also can include of studded snow tires on separate rims. Plugs, cap, rotor ,coil, airfilter, and upper balljoints/ control arm bushings all in the last 4,000 miles.Car rides great, gets so much attention from everyone. Car shows, cruise nights, or just a mall crawler, you will be noticed. Car hops, 3 wheels, and is only about 1/2´ from laying out deflated. I really will miss this car, but I have found a house, so toys have to go. Car needs a catback exhaust ( rusted through, ripped off on a pothole) tie-rods ( steering is loose, and adjusters rub on front frame. Car runs and drives, not inspected at this time, but with exhaust I am sure it will pass. No major problems, I would jump in it and go anywhere at anytime. Could use valve seals replaced (little puff of smoke on cold start up) but doesn´t burn or leak more than a quart an oil change. Trans has begun leaking, but not serious, also not a quart in 3,000 miles. There is rust behind the rear tires that should be addressed. Priced at $2,800, ready to sell, I will hate to see it go, and you can´t build it for this price, but I have to move on. The WH-1 has a 2 tone paint scheme with premium front bucket seats, front and back spoilers as well as the Grand National package whivh of course is a v-6 3.8 sfi turbo charged engine. The transmission is a modified 2004r 4 speed automatic with the factory HD mods to shift and engage hard under heavy loads. The options are am/fm cassette radio, auto windows, auto drivers seat, console shifter, t-top windows, auto door locks, air cond(need charge), cruse control(quit working) Power master brakes(converted to vacuum assist), leather wrap steering wheel, factory alloy wheels, new US Royal tiger paw tires front and back. The other options are just ones that are all listed on the trunk lid sticker which will list all.This car qualifies for being an antique which you can get antique tags for it. Doing thid if you wish will qualify you for cheaper insurance, but there are restraints on vehicle usage so be sure it is for you and your usage. scheme. This is the original paint (black/gray) from the factory and it could be repainted to look better. There are the window door gaskets that dry up naturally for this age car as well as other rubber gaskets that age in time.I had to convert from the factory power master brakes to vacuum brakes because of the expence every few years to replace the hydralic motor and pump. I have the old parts if you wish to have them, but they are broken, meaning if you want power master brakes again then you will have to get a new motor and pump assembly and sensors. Not worth it to me but, the purist who keep replacing them and keep paying for it, will say no. No hassle with the vacuum assist brakes.I have owned this car since the early 90´s and have used it moderately. It averages out to 6.2 k per year so you can see that it was not used heavily. The milage is 168k at this time and I use it with my primary car because it is fun to drive. I have never raced it so to speak, but I have entered the freeway or roadway quick enough to get out there at the going speed. The car can use a tune up if desired and whatever else someone wants to do to it. I have driven this car with full synthetic oil fot the past 90k miles and it prevents wear.I will be happy to answer any and all questions about the car and it is for sale only for cash. I have driven the roadmaster to Morristown, TN (10 hour round trip) for a weekend, Pocono PA, and the Delaware beaches regularly. Buick currently has 205,XXX miles on the 5.7L V8 350ci non vortec engine, which runs smooth, still has many miles left in it. I can get 21MPG around town, and have gotten 27MPG on hwy. Transmission is a non computer controlled 700R4 with overdrive. Drivetrain is completely stock, turn key, runs drives got me from point A to point B everyday. Paint shows wear of a 20year old car, but still cleans up very nice, however it is not perfect. There is a few small door dings, as well as minor scratches in the paint, nothing serious that can be picked out from 3 feet away. Interior in this car is CLEAN! Dark blue leather seats, that wrap around you like a La Z Boy recliner, they just don´t make em like they used to. No rips in the leather, carpet is dark blue as well with a few minor stains, but interior has been meticulously cleaned and maintained.Car rides just like a Cadillac (and it gets mistaken for one regularly). Car was airbagged by Luke formerly of Penny Hill Customs, no corners were cut. I knew it was going to be my daily, and built it to last. Car currently has Slam Specialties SS7 bags up front, and Slam´r SS7´s in the rear ( generic AIM Industries version) for the right price I will include 2 additional Slam´r 7´s never even installed. Rear bags have less than 200 miles on them. Spring pockets were removed, but enough is left if you wanted to replace it back to coil springs. Air management is supplied by two Viair 480´s wired up to the Viair´s 220 PSI switch, that fill into a 12 Gallon tank all of which is mounted on the upper shelf the the very back on the truck, optimizing space.. Each corner has its own port off the tank, as well as the KP Components 220 PSI air gauge (only pressure gauge) mounted under the ash tray. All eight valves are SMC, fill´s are ½´, dumps are ¼´ and all connections are brass quick releases, no plastic connectors. Full ½´and ¼´ lines for the appropriate valve. At 220 PSI ½´ fill valve has the car HOPPING 5-6´ OFF THE GROUND. CCE Hydraulic Brick Switch Box. 10 Switches, F/B/S/S/ each corner/pancake. Wires extended long enough to be outside the car hitting switches.Roadmaster does have a Farenheight 7´ double din touch screen TV in the dash, motorized flip down to CD port, USB card option, USB cable ran under the dash for i-pod or accessory hookup. Wires are ran for a subwoofer, however one not included.Only other aftermarket electronic is the HID headlight, 55W 6,000Kelvin super whites. They are the brightest lights on the block, in the daytime, and light up the woods at night. Recently the Buick has new tires (6,000 miles) on 215/75/15 wide white walls. Not chopped or cupped, ride great. Also can include of studded snow tires on separate rims. Plugs, cap, rotor ,coil, airfilter, and upper balljoints/ control arm bushings all in the last 4,000 miles.Car rides great, gets so much attention from everyone. Car shows, cruise nights, or just a mall crawler, you will be noticed. Car hops, 3 wheels, and is only about 1/2´ from laying out deflated. I really will miss this car, but I have found a house, so toys have to go. Car needs a catback exhaust ( rusted through, ripped off on a pothole) tie-rods ( steering is loose, and adjusters rub on front frame. Car runs and drives, not inspected at this time, but with exhaust I am sure it will pass. No major problems, I would jump in it and go anywhere at anytime. Could use valve seals replaced (little puff of smoke on cold start up) but doesn´t burn or leak more than a quart an oil change. Trans has begun leaking, but not serious, also not a quart in 3,000 miles. There is rust behind the rear tires that should be addressed. Priced at $2,800, ready to sell, I will hate to see it go, and you can´t build it for this price, but I have to move on.
