Details: I stumbled on this wonderful example of Buicks iconic ´portholed´ designed Super sedan from a gentlemen thinning the herd of his collection.In storage since 1983, it is pretty much a original example , with a nice original interior. Its paint is showing its age with some flaking, probably the result of its lacquer finish, however it is a rust free car. Powered by a 322 cubic inch Nailhead V8, coupled to a automatic transmission, the car runs and cruises quite nicely. Also equipped with power steering and brakes. I additionally have a Offenhauser tri-power manifold, (no carburators) and the 1955 lisc plates which came on the car, which I will include with the sale. Both the clock and radio work, very unusual for a car of this vintage. Odometer reading is approximately 28K miles, . I additionally have the notorized affadavit by the previous owner verifying its storage time and mileage. I have been told by a older gentlemen who re-discovered the car that this was the approximate mileage he saw about 20 years ago when he tried to purchase the car from the owner, The Buick Super has been fully serviced when coming out of storage inclusive of plugs, cap, rotor, new fuel, filters, transmission service, differential oil change, brakes adjusted and inspected and more. This is one of my personal cars, registered to me, and its time to transistion into something different, which I traditionally do every couple of years.
